Refunds & Returns Policy

Physical books

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a physical book, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The book must be unused and in its original condition

  • You must contact us first to arrange the return

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location

  • For international orders, returns may take longer to process


Digital products (ebooks)

Due to the nature of digital products, ebooks and other downloadable content are non-refundable once delivered, unless there is a technical issue preventing access.

If you experience a problem downloading or accessing your ebook, please contact Bookfunnel as they will be happy to help.


Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photographs where possible, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
