About me.

Hello, I’m Robin — the author behind Oxlebo.

Writing has always been my way of expressing what I see, noticing details, and finding meaning in the ordinary. Whether I’m creating an eco-fantasy adventure or reflecting on the quiet moments that shape our days, my stories come from a deep desire to connect: with nature, with imagination, and with each other.

I believe stories don’t need to shout to be powerful. Sometimes the gentlest ones are the ones that stay with us the longest; the ones that offer a moment of stillness, a spark of wonder, or a new way of seeing the world.

Why I Write

My inspiration comes from what I see and feel: a walk outside, a conversation overheard, a passing thought, a moment that asks to be noticed. I’m drawn to themes of environmental awareness, inner reflection, and the hidden magic within nature. These threads run through everything I write — from Hollityne’s Quest, with its eco-fantasy heart, to So Here We Are, which celebrates the beauty found in life’s small but meaningful moments.

I write to encourage readers to pause, and connect with the story, their imagination, and themselves.

My Books

Hollityne’s Quest

A thoughtful eco-fantasy for readers who enjoy adventure with purpose. Hollityne’s journey is a blend of courage, challenge, and the powerful bond we share with the world surrounding us.

So Here We Are

A collection of short stories, poems, and reflections that gently highlight the magic hidden in plain sight. This book invites readers to slow down, look closer, and appreciate the moments that often pass us by.

The books are unique, yet share the same core: a warm, reflective voice and a focus on connection.

What I Hope Readers Feel

Above all, I hope my writing gives readers a sense of calm and curiosity — an opportunity to step into a story that feels both comforting and thought-provoking.
If someone finishes one of my books feeling good, inspired, or simply more aware of the world around them, then I’ve achieved what I set out to do.
